Professional Snapshot
A little insight into how they work, what they specialise in, and how they support clients day to day.
What does your day-to-day life at HPartners look like?
I am an Associate Adviser and Executive Assistant to Natalia. I am currently completing my Professional Year under supervision, and my day-to-day role includes supporting Natalia as she continues to provide excellent services to her clients. I regularly attend client meetings as a second chair to take notes, learn as much as possible, and ensure important details are taken care of so nothing is missed. When I’m not in meetings, I spend most of my workday drafting advice documents and completing additional research to ensure we achieve the best outcomes for each client, no matter how simple or complex their circumstances may be.
What areas of financial planning, accounting, or legal services do you specialise in?
I specialise in holistic financial planning. My favourite areas to focus on are helping clients work toward their longterm goals, such as retirement planning, and making the most of available structures and financial platforms to help clients achieve these goals as efficiently as possible.
What do you love most about working with clients?
I enjoy helping clients understand their current financial position and future trajectory so they can plan more confidently and appropriately for the future.
Is there a memorable moment or client success story that stands out to you?
One of the most rewarding moments is knowing that a client understands and appreciates the advice we’ve prepared and feels confident that it will help them achieve their financial goals.
A Bit of Personality
Because good advice starts with good people – here’s a glimpse of the person behind the role.
How would your clients or colleagues describe you in 3 words?
Thoughtful, reliable, considerate
What’s something clients might be surprised to learn about you?
Some people may be surprised to learn that walking is my preferred mode of transportation.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying cool, reading, and going for an evening walk around Brisbane.
Quickfire Fun
A few quick questions to get to know them a little better.
Coffee or tea?
Coffee. Warm, but not too hot.
Beach or mountains?
Neither. Keep me indoors until the sun has set.
Favourite local sport or weekend activity?
On the weekends, I enjoy a café breakfast, indoor activities during the day, and an evening walk or cycle in the local area if the weather is good.
A quote you live by?
Two sayings I live by are “time in the market” and “failing to plan is planning to fail.”
